Anonymous asked: ive been depressed/cutting for the past year, then the other week i finally had the courage to talk to my mum about it and now we have been trying to find a therapist to talk to but the last two i went to i yelled at them and walked out half way through, i hate them SO much! i know i need to get better but i dont know how to get along with them. Please help!
